A computer aided quick technique is proposed for collecting and processing the experimental data obtained by a 22-m radio telescope. The analog part of the described system is carried out with the aid of an electronic recorder, whereas the digital part is performed on the basis of a minicomputer of the TRA-1 type. The technique was first applied to the study of a comet and is presently used in spectral radio astronomical investigations of galaxies. As illustrative examples, a sample of the output document obtained from observations of the H56-alpha line in the Orion nebula is presented, along with the water vapor line recorded in a galactic source.
