Scientific paper
The use of millimeter frequencies for Mars communications applications
has been investigated. Link calculations have been performed for various
scenarios. Millimeter wave technology is proposed to keep antenna
apertures within somewhat reasonable limits. A set of recommendations
for future activities is presented.
