We present a high-resolution mid-infrared (mid-IR) spectroscopic survey of over 200 Seyfert galaxies from the Spitzer archive of Infrared Spectrograph observations. The line fluxes, line centers, line profiles for the mid-IR spectral lines of [NeII], [NeIII], [NeV] and [OIV] are presented. We compare the mid-IR line fluxes and ratios with multi-wavelength optical and X-ray observations. Finally, we compare optical spectroscopic diagnostics with those of the mid-IR and we examine the viewing angle dependence on line ratios and profile parameters.
