Results of statistical analysis of 83 pulsars are presented. The stars are divided into three categories using a classification scheme based on the ratio of the loss rate of rotational energy to radio luminosity of pulsars. Radio luminosities of pulsars of different categories are closely related to magnetic energies and twinning magnetic energies at the light cylinder and not related to magnetic energies at neutron star surfaces. Some considerations on radio wave cut-off lines are presented.
