The previously proposed method for determining the interstellar reddening of RR Lyrae stars is applied to globular clusters. It is shown that in this case it is possible to use a simplified version of the method as it is sufficient to obtain UBV photometric data for various RR Lyr variables (cluster members) within the phase interval 0.08 ≤ φ ≤ 0.88. The derived color excesses for M4, ω Cen and M92 are compared with those published in previous papers by various authors.
