The time transfer among multi-station at the same time can be reached if the two-channel modems are employed. But the classical algorithm is still used for processing the multi-station data from the two-channel modems, so that the advantage of simultaneity is not used. Furthermore, the result from measurements is not a closed set and the system is not uniform. In order to improve it, an algorithm has been developed. The result from the new algorithm is more precise and accurate. And the precise pseudoranges between satellite and stations are determined.
