A novel method for determining the dispersion measure and longitude-frequency parameters of pulsar radio emission is proposed. The method is based on the correlation analysis of the intensity modulus of the response of one or several Fourier components of the pulsar emission as a function of the dispersion measure and longitude-frequency parameters. The feasibility of accounting for the actual noise pattern in the frequency domain is considered.
