A mechanism of electrostatic proton acceleration by electric fields generated by a differentially rotating disk is considered. From a magnetized accretion disk in the case of binary X-ray sources a proton outflow perpendicular to the plane of symmetry of the disk is shown to occur with energies of about 1 TeV and intensity up to about 10 to the 36th erg/s. It is suggested that this mechanism may be important for formation of coronas around binary X-ray sources.
