Classical orthogonal polynomials in one variable can be characterized as the
only orthogonal polynomials satisfying a Rodrigues formula. In this paper,
using the second kind Kronecker power of a matrix, a Rodrigues formula is
introduced for classical orthogonal polynomials in two variables.
