The author discusses how to acquire high-resolution images and the difficulty of getting high-resolution images on ground. Then a low price system to acquire high-resolution images with PC is introduced. The kernel part is Pulsar PCI frame grabber board. Using this system, a series of images can be saved into PC in real time and with these images the image-recovering technique is effective.
