Contour plots of a high-resolution 21-cm line survey below an absolute value of 3 deg latitude are given. The survey thus extends toward higher latitudes the 21-cm line survey published by Westerhout (1972) as a basis for research on the distribution of neutral hydrogen. The present survey provides scans taken perpendicular to the galactic plane at intervals of 0.3 deg longitude; the angular and velocity resolutions of the scans are presented.
