Based on the 1420 M Hz hydrogen line and the 1667 MHz hydroxyl line and
on certain universal mathematically and physically significant scaling
factors, a set of 55 possible interstellar communication frequencies for
the search for extraterrestrial intelligence (SETI) is derived.
