We obtain the possible ellipsoidal and hyperboloidal equilibrium figures
of the light subsystem with internal fluxes of matter of constant
vorticity inside a gravitating homogeneous triaxial ellipsoid. We obtain
the domains of stability of these equilibrium figures with respect to
second-form oscillations.
