Under the dynamic conditions that the cosmic baryonic matter density is ˜10-2 of the dark-matter density in the expanding universe and that the cosmic magnetic field is ˜10-9 G during the present epoch, we explain a large-scale periodic clustering of galaxies in terms of spatially regular pulsation and subsequent condensation of a uniformly-magnetized hydrogen plasma in a recombination era.
