M 33 presents an asymmetrical structure in its central parts. The center of mass of various young populations does not coincide with the nucleus of this galaxy but lies in the south west quadrant. Furthermore, the northern and southern major axis rotation curves are different in shape in the central parts; north rotating faster than south. The relevant observational data are discussed. A model is proposed in which the center of the bulge is displaced with respect to the disk center and rotates around it. One-periodic orbits of test particles in a rotating frame in which the bulge is at rest are calculated. The velocity field of the model is thus synthesized for several values of the displacement and rotational velocity. The best fit to the observations is found if the bulge is retrograde and displaced to the north. Furthermore, the disk should have relatively low density very near its center.
