Results of a detailed kinematic study of a pair of interacting galaxies, NGC 5953/54 (Arg 91, VV 244, and Mrk 1512), are presented. Spectral observations of the members of the pair were performed with the 2.6-m telescope of the Byurakan Astrophysical Observatory and the 6-m telescope of the Special Astrophysical Observatory of the Russian Academy of Sciences. The heliocentric systemic velocities of the galaxies are 1994 +/- 5 km/s (NGC 5953) and 1848 +/- 10 km/s (NGC 5954). The derived rotation curves of the galaxies show a significant asymmetry and, at different position angles, demonstrate both a decrease and increase of radial velocities as compared with circular motion. The standard kinematical parameters of the galaxies are determined.
