HD 34282 is a Herbig star of spectral type A0.5, showing all the evidence of the presence of a disk surrounding it. Using IRAM PdBI, we were able to show by a method combining analysis of both thermal continuum and molecular line CO J=2-1, that : 1) the disk, imaged, is in keplerian rotation. 2) Hipparcos distance estimate is a priori under-evaluated. 3) the temperature radial profile is in agreement with passive disk models. 4) the disk size is of same order than those of T Tauri stars (about 850 AU). 5) but this disk is noteworthy more massive than the ones of TTauri
