We present a study of the interstellar absorption properties along the line of sight to NGC 6624 using Chandra/HETG and HST/STIS data. The combined X-ray and ultraviolet spectra provide complementary information on the abundances, depletion, and ionization of the interstellar medium (ISM). We have directly measured the interstellar abundances relative to hydrogen for a variety of elements, including oxygen, iron, and neon. In addition, we have made the first measurement of the depletion of iron which is independent of interstellar abundances. The temperatures and abundances of the warm neutral, warm ionized, and hot ionized phases of the ISM will also be presented. This analysis demonstrates the utility of multi-wavelength observations to constrain the properties of the ISM.
