This paper is a continuation of the Skalsky and Sukenik (1992) paper, which presented derivations of the values of the hypothetical final parameters of universe on the assumption of the symmetry of the mass of proton m(p), the mass of electron m(e), and the hypothetical mass of electron neutrino m(nu(e)). Here, the final parameters of the universe are obtained from the assumption of existence of primordial black holes and the model properties of an expansive nondecelerative universe.
