An overall hydrodynamical interaction between the galactic disk and halo is considered in differential rotation, and the process is discussed in terms of the warping of the galactic disk. A stable or unstable bending oscillation is shown to arise in the disk in cooperation with a pressure perturbation in the halo gas. The unstable mode is applied to a self-excitation for the bending of the galactic disk. The amplitude grows towards the outer parts of the disk with spiral pattern winding, and the characteristics of the unstable mode may account for the large-scale asymmetric flexure of the isolated galaxies.
