A wide-band radiometer for the millimeter wavelength range with a Josephson superconducting point contact as the detector has been developed for use with the RT-25 x 2 radio telescope. For a one second integration time the radiometer can achieve a 0.03 K fluctuation sensitivity. Test observations of the sun, moon, and Jupiter have been made.
