We present a 5-GHz radio continuum map of the central 4-arcmin region of the Orion Nebula made with a resolution of 7 x 20 arcsec. The radio brightness distribution is strikingly similar to that at optical wavelengths and the dark bay to the east and the ionization front to the SE of the Trapezium are clearly seen. The NW boundary of the nebula coincides with a string of H2O maser sources. Comparison with H-alpha observations shows that dust in the nebula is well mixed with the ionized gas.
