The 21-cm-line radiation of the region -1°.5 ≤ l ≤ 10.5, ≤ b ≤ 1°.5 has been measured with the Effelsberg 100 m telescope using a sampling interval of 0.015 both in l and b. A description of the observations, the calibration and reduction procedures is given, and the results are presented as three sets of isophotal maps : 21 maps giving T(l, V)b = const), 21 maps giving T(b, V | l = const) and 108 maps giving T(l, b | V = const).
