A broadband array of four conical log spiral antenna was constructed as the prototype of a large array to observe Jovian decametric emission. Covered frequency range is 20 approx. 100 MHz. The beam of the array can be steered by time delay line and is therefore frequency independent. Each log spiral antenna has similar efficiency as compared with that of a typical dipole. Two examples of spectral observations of Jovian decametric emission are also shown.
