A number of variable stars have been found previously in the northwest region of the open cluster NGC 6882/85. A number of these are likely δ Scuti variables. In an attempt to find more variables in the instability strip region of the main sequence we searched the region north of V381 Vul using the 0.4-m David Derrick Telescope. This region contained a number of stars with magnitudes similar to V381 Vul. We will present results for a number of suspected variables in this field.
