In this paper, a metric containing five arbitrary functions of time is obtained which describes the gravitational field of an arbitrary accelerated and charged point-mass (star). It is a further generalization of Vaidya's star metric, [1]. In particular cases, it reduces to the Reissner-Nortström metric and the Kinnersley metric [2]. Since the various parameters of the source can vary arbitrarily in time, this metric is of wide applicability and may prove to be useful for various specific astronomical objects.
