Photoelectric photometry of the recently discovered rapidly oscillating CP2 (roAp) star HD 12932 was obtained at the European Southern Observatory (ESO), and at the Lowell Observatory in 1990. We present the results of a combined analysis of all data and find the 12 nights of photometry can be described with a single frequency of nu(1) = 1.4244306 +/- 0.0000001 mHz (P = 11.700825 +/- 0.000008 min) and a semiamplitude of 2.055 +/- 0.06 mmag in Johnson B. The amplitude of the pulsation is clearly modulated with time, but the rotation period of HD 12932 in unknown. Therefore we attempted to determine the rotation period using the data in hand and describe the result of this effort in addition to caveats involved with the methodology. Over the 101 nights covered, the main pulsation frequency appears to be stable; our frequency should be checked against future observations to look for potential mode switching, as has been detected in 33 Lib (HD137949) and HD 217522.
