A concept for a QUALIFIED MANUFACTURER LISTING (QML) approach in the
European ESA/SCC system has been established. The existing ESA/SCC
specifications have been adapted and new basic specifications drafted.
The system is currently being validated at 2 European microcircuit
manufacturers.
