A dynamical model for the bulges of disk galaxies is described. The models are axisymmetric and are based on a distribution function of the two isolating integrals of motion, energy and angular momentum. The bulge models have nonzero total angular momentum and are spatially truncated by an energy cutoff. An externally imposed disk potential field has also been included.
