We report results of Doppler measurements of 1330 nearby FGKM stars made with uniform precision of 3 ms for the past 6-9 years. Thus far, 75 planets have been found. The uniform Doppler precision enables secure statistical properties of planets to emerge with known detection thresholds. We summarize the masses, orbital characteristics, and occurrence rates of the planets. The mass function rises toward the lowest detectable masses, to just below the mass of Saturn. The occurrence of planets increases with orbital distance from the star (in log bins of a), suggesting the existence of a large population of giant planets beyond 5 AU (the farthest yet found). We find that 1.0±0.3% of FGKM stars have a ``hot jupiter'' orbiting within 0.1 AU, and no planet was found having an orbital period less than 2.9 d (out of 1330 stars). All 11 planets with msini>5 mjup orbit beyond 0.2 AU, representing either mass-dependent migration or simply a statistical bias. Multiple planets are common and are often found in resonances, providing constraints on the evolution of planetary orbits. Metallicities have been measured for all stars revealing that among the metal-rich stars, 19% have detectable planets while less than 3% of metal-poor stars have detectable planets.
