The trigonometric parallax of BD +2 deg 348 is calculated on the basis of observations obtained with the 40-cm refractor at the Zo-se station of Shanghai Observatory during 1980 and 1981. The data; the calibration stars; and the reduced star positions, proper motions, and parallaxes are listed in tables. A central-overlap iteration algorithm essentially the same as that of Van Alten (1971) is used, and the corrected parallax value is found to be 0.0879 + or - 0.0178 arcsec, in good agreement with those of other observatories.
