NANTEN Galactic plane survey revealed two molecular loops caused by Parker instability in the Galactic center. The distribution of molecular gas within the loops clearly shows the constant velocity gradient along the loop and broad line feature at the foot point, suggesting that down falling gas collides gas in the disk. These loops have a potential to offer a coherent explanation for the origin of the violent motion and extensive heating of molecular gas in the Galactic center. In 2007, we observed the foot point with Mopla in CO(J=1-0) and found some clumpy features. Comparing with CO(J=3-2) data by ASTE, these clumps are highly excited in CO compared with their vicinity, indicating that molecular gas falls down in the clumpy shape. In order to reveal the physics of down falling gas, we propose the compensative observation to cover from the top to the foot point of the loop continuously. In addition we found other molecular loop expected to be younger in NANTEN data. We propose to observe this loop to study the loop evolution globally. We also propose the observations with SiO toward the loop foot points to detect the evidence of shocks.
