A photometric catalog of 306 H II regions of NGC 7741 is presented with an analysis of the distribution of the fluxes. A total of 2500 radial velocities of the ionized gas have then been measured with a scanning Fabry-Perot interferometer and a two-dimensional counting system. A dynamical model is derived, which reasonably fits the velocity field, for a bar to disk mass-ratio inside the radius of the bar of roughly 30 percent.
