A detailed analysis of three supposed members of the Epsilon Ind moving group, namely, HD 40409, Lambda Aur, and HD 102365, is presented. The dwarfs Lambda Aur and HD 102365 are both found to be slightly evolved, while HD 40409 is in a more advanced evolutionary stage. From evolutionary tracks the masses of the three stars are deduced, and their ages estimated. The results show that Lambda Aur and HD 40409 may belong to the same group, but not HD 102365, which is found to be too old and too metal deficient.
