An area of 0.31 square degrees was selected in the constellation of Aquarius, and an attempt was made to identify and classify all objects to a limiting magnitude of m(B) = 20.0. The present investigation is concerned with stellar photometry derived from the obtained photographs, taking into account also the statistical consequences for various aspects of galactic structure. Attention is given to the separation of stars and galaxies, details of photographic geometry, the data, distribution by color and apparent magnitude, corrections to absolute magnitudes, and the galactic scale height and local star density. Measurements were conducted of 747 ordinary stars, 3 white stars, 4 QSOs, and 143 galaxies. The B and V magnitudes of the 747 stars were measured, and the 401 stars with B equal to or less than 19.0 were used to derive some basic parameters of the Galaxy.
