The Dwingeloo radio telescope (half-power beamwidth 35 arcmin) has been used to survey the whole sky north of delta of greater than -17.2 deg for high-velocity clouds on a one-degree grid in galactic coordinates. In total 28,200 positions have been observed. Within the velocity interval -900 to +750 km/s the survey is almost complete for objects with absolute radial velocities of greater than 100 km/s and T brightness temperatures of greater than 0.05 K. The results are presented in the form of a list of 8491 profile components and a sky map of the high-velocity clouds.
