Recent theoretical and observational motivations for existence of a decaying
Ultra Heavy Dark Matter (UHDM) are reviewed. We show that present data from
Ultra High Energy Cosmic Rays (UHECRs) and SN - Ia are compatible with a
relatively short lifetime of UHDM.
