A comprehensive database for times of minima of eclipsing binaries,
comprising over 92,000 entries for 1,401 stars, has been compiled from
the literature. Included are all named eclipsing binaries down to 13th
magnitude in normal lights, within declination zone -20 degrees to +90
degrees, with no restrictions being applied to amplitude or period.
