Data Mining is defined as the extraction of novel information from large datasets. Astronomy was one of the earliest application areas for data mining, which has now been demonstrated by two decades of successful applications. These applications span a large variety of techniques and problem settings, and resulted in publications beyond astronomical journals. In addition, there exists a wide variety of data-mining techniques, with a large set of possible keywords as a result. This makes the compilation of related work non-trivial. Over the past four years, we have compiled a reference database of data-mining applications in astronomy, which is now available online. The database currently contains over 600 publications and is designed to serve as a tool which enables searches using standard features such as author, year published or keywords contained in the title.
