Covariance functions of the systematic differences between the coordinates and proper motions of stars from the fundamental catalogs FK3, FK4, and FK5 are calculated. The succession of statistical characteristics of these differences is detected, and an estimate of the covariance function of errors in the FK5 catalog is proposed. It is shown that this function is anisotropic, with the greatest asymmetry being observed in the north-south direction. The isotropic part of the FK5 covariance function is derived with an accuracy of about 20 percent, and it is used to estimate the zonal harmonic coefficients of the FK5 systematic errors and their a priori weights. This information may be used for the improvement of the FK5 system using new observational data.
