In order to get a high statistics in the collection of low-energy cosmic antiprotons and to maximize the probability to detect the hypothesized cosmic antialphas, the necessity of an experiment placed on a polar orbit is discussed in this paper. An apparatus able to detect antiα, p¯ and e+ with high accuracy in the range (0.5 - 5.0)GeV is also presented.
