We report the pulsation characteristics of the δ Scuti star HD 74028, a low-amplitude pulsator in the Praesepe cluster. Amplitude spectra of 126 hr of observations spanning 16 nights indicate multiperiodic pulsation behavior. We identify three frequencies, f1=22.6652, f2=23.8505, and f3=20.5254 cycles day-1, and find four additional candidate frequencies, f4=17.3060, f5=12.0643, f6=14.8160, and f7=17.1143 cycles day-1. This complicated frequency distribution requires an explanation that includes rotational splitting.
