The Cl1604 supercluster at z=0.9 is the first target studied in detail as part of the ORELSE survey. This complex structure consists of at least eight clusters and groups spanning over 30 arcminutes on the sky and 100 Mpc in depth. We describe a suite of multiwavelength observations designed to characterize this filamentary environment and the galaxy populations it contains. Optical imaging is used to select red galaxies which are preferentially targeted for high-resolution spectroscopy with DEIMOS. Galaxy morphologies are derived from a 17-pointing, 2-color HST ACS mosaic. Galaxy stellar masses are estimated from ground-based K-band imaging and Spitzer IRAC images. MIPS mapping of the structure will separate dusty, star-forming galaxies from passively evolving ellipticals, and combined with the IRAC fluxes can distinguish starbursts from AGN. Deep Chandra images and VLA 1.4GHz mapping reveal significant point source excesses, suggesting a population of optically innocuous active galaxies associated with the intermediate density regimes. For the first time, such observations provide a comprehensive high-density universe counterpart to similar studies of field galaxies such as AEGIS and COSMOS.
