A simulation program for a complete Electric Power Converter (EPC) (the power source which provides regulated high voltages to a traveling wave tube) is presented. The EPC consists of two separate voltage converters. The simulation of the EPC architecture is compared to corresponding breadboard test results. A good correlation between the as built and the as modelized EPC is demonstrated.
