The development of a complete database of photoelectric and photographic multiaperture photoelectric photometry of galaxies is reported. The database includes all multiaperture multiband photoelectric photometry data of all active and nonactive galaxies published in the specialized literature before December 1991. The data cover the 12.5, 25, 60, and 100-micron IRAS bands; U, B, V, R, I, H, K, L, M, N; and UV magnitudes in the ANS systems.
