The Cygnus X region of the Galactic plane was mapped in the CO J = 1 - 0 transition at 115 GHz with the CfA Millimeter-Wave Telescope, a 1.2 m Cassegrain with a beamwidth of 8.7 arcmin. A total of 6029 spectra were obtained every 7.5 arcmin in l and b, covering about 94 deg-squared in a region between l = 72.875 to 86.750 deg, and b = -4.00 deg and 5.00 deg. Velocity ranges associated with the Local, Perseus, and Outer Arms are analyzed here with a velocity resolution of 0.65 km/s. A series of spatial maps of Cygnus X with high- and low-velocity resolution, and longitude-velocity maps with high- and low-latitude resolution are presented.
