Using the VLBA, we observed the SiO J=1-0 masers lines at the v=1 and
v=2 states in the Orion KL. The spatial distribution of the Orion KL
shows no regularity in two lines, though supergiant VY CMa shows good
correlation. The environment where the SiO masers generate is different
between late type stars and star forming regions.
