A total of 182 observations of Phoebe taken between the years 1904-81 were compared with its position as calculated by numerical integration. Account was made of perturbations caused by Saturn and by the presence of Titan, and an ephemeris was extrapolated out to 1990. An example is provided for use of the new ephemeris in order to obtain the astrometric geocentric equatorial coordinates at any point in time, as well as the distance from the earth.
