This article presents multiwavelength observations of a striking cometary cloud discovered in the high-latitude extension of the CGPS. Basic physical properties are derived from CGPS HI, CO and infrared data and it is hypothesized that the cloud is being shaped by the Cep OB3 association. The cloud properties are compared with more massive cometary clouds associated with W4.
