The characterizing and removing of foreground emission play an vital role in the interpretation of CMB data. On small angular scales, the most important foreground is due to extragalactic radio sources, especially those with flat spectra. We present the results of extragalactic point source searches in the full-sky CMB anisotropy maps taken by the Wilkinson Microwave Anisotropy Probe (WMAP). Our novel source finding technique features a removal of CMB signal by forming internal linear combination (ILC) maps from the WMAP bands. Without the interference from CMB "noise", the number of sources found responds quickly with increased map sensitivity (increased as t^0.72 from first year to five years when applying this ILC technique on V- and W-band maps only). We found 99 sources using the five-year V- and W-band maps with a positional uncertainty of 1.4', and 381 sources using the five-year Q-, V- and W-band maps with a positional uncertainty of 2.0'. The increased number of detections is due to the high sensitivity of the Q-band to flat-spectrum sources and the decreased positional accuracy is caused by the larger beam size of the Q-band. We have tested the same technique on simulated maps and obtained 364+/-21 detections on average. The recovered source distribution N(>S) agrees well with the simulation input. We also discuss the impact of another foreground on the WMAP data - the Zodiacal Light Emission (ZLE). From a simultaneous fit of WMAP five years W-band time-ordered-data to DIRBE zodiacal model plus low l components (l = 1 to 4), we will give constraints on ZLE emissivity power law beyond 150 microns and evaluate its influence on CMB power spectrum, especially the quadruple component.
